Training Course Dates and Times

The full-time course is based on the STAT guidelines of 533 class hours per year for three years, 1600 hours in total, plus at least 8 hours of home study each week. In practice, we will usually aim to make 560 class hours available for students each year. Students are also free to study part-time on a schedule of their own choosing.

The course consists of two 12-week terms and one 11-week term each year (making a total of 35 weeks), with each term divided by a half term week.

All dates for 2025 have been moved forward by one week from the previously published dates

Spring Term 2025: 8 Jan - 5 April (half term week 17 Feb)

Summer Term 2025: 7 May - 26 July (half term week 16 June)

Autumn Term 2025: 10 Sept - 6 Dec (half term week 20 Oct)

Some dates for 2025 have been changed to accommodate Easter

Spring Term 2026: 7 Jan - 28 March (half term week 16 Feb)

Summer Term 2026: 29 April - 25 July (half term week 8 June)

Autumn Term 2026: 9 Sept - 5 Dec (half term week 19 Oct)

It is possible that these dates may be altered, although we will always try to give at least several months' of notice of any changes. Please check back occasionally.
