Teacher Training Applications

When you apply to join the MATTS teacher training course, we collect the information contained in your application and any further information provided during the admissions process.

Application records are retained for the duration of your training and for six months after completion or withdrawal from the course, whichever occurs later.

Graduates and Teaching Team Listings

​

Graduates of MATTS may be listed on the MATTS website as former students of the training course.

Teachers who regularly contribute to MATTS may choose to have a profile included on the Training Team page. This may include a biography, photograph, website link and professional contact details.

You may request amendments or removal of this information at any time.

If you contact us for any purpose not described above, including feedback, comments or complaints, we will use the information you provide only for the purpose of dealing with that communication.

Private Lessons

When booking private lessons taking place at our premises, you are normally booking directly with an individual teacher rather than with MATTS itself.

Any personal information collected by that teacher is governed by their own privacy arrangements and policies.

Personal information is stored securely using password-protected systems and secure storage methods.

Access is restricted to those who require the information in order to carry out their responsibilities.
