The MATTS Teaching Space

Our training course is based in a large Victorian house that can accommodate up to 30 working teachers and students in four spacious rooms with high ceilings. The largest of the rooms, which is upstairs, can accommodate more than 20 for tea or a lecture or demonstration. We use all of this space for the Thursday Classes. On other class days we use only the ground floor rooms, which includes three workrooms, a cloakroom, a small kitchen and a toilet.

Information about accessibility.

For special events requiring more space, we occasionally move across the road to the Coach and Four pub, which has a large bright meeting room and plentiful free parking.

There is parking for six cars on site and more parking nearby. We are ten minute drive from the M56 near Manchester Airport with motorway links to the M6 and M60, and a ten minute walk from Wilmslow mainline railway station with frequent high speed direct trains to Manchester, London and throughout the country.
