Photo galleries from MATTS classes, events and visitors over the years, together with historical and teaching-related images of interest to Alexander Technique teachers and students.

Video Libraries

A large archive of video and audio recordings collected during the pandemic Zoom classes and subsequent MATTS classes and events.

An overview of the contents of the video libraries, together with a full indexed list of recordings, is available without logging in.

Resources

The MATTS Resources Library is now publicly accessible and no longer requires membership access. It contains downloadable books, articles and other materials for students, trainees and teachers.
